Lisa made history as the first woman elected Controller of Lancaster County. Her leadership, integrity, and commitment to public service touched many lives across our community.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude for her dedicated service to the Pennsylvania State Association of County Controllers (PSACC) and to the Commonwealth. Her legacy of compassion and civic duty will continue to inspire us.
